Power-Lean Training

Using Barbell Training Focusing On Getting Strong And Lean.

The Power-Lean Training includes:

– Progressive Strength Program.
– 3 x 45min Sessions per week
– 4 x clients max per session
– Group Coaching Scenario.
– Team Oriented Training – Typical of PTC.
– Questions/Answers available via Private Facebook Group.

Duration:
The training must be run for a minimum of 8 weeks

There are different time slots to suit your needs. Time slots cannot be changed and is the same for each training day.

Training day
– Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Session Times
– Morning
6:15am, 7:00am and 7:45am
– Afternoon
5:00pm and 6:00pm

Sessions:
– 3 x Supervised/Programmed Training Days per week.

Participants are not expected to train outside the group sessions. Each supervised training session runs for 45mins.

Prerequisites:
None.

Outline:
A minimum of 8 weeks of training. The program progresses participants through the skills of Barbell Training. The Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Accessory Movements focusing on getting strong and lean.

 

This group program is catered for the Novice Lifter looking to start Barbell Training.

 

 

The program is tailored individually in sessions to ensure participants are progressing at a rate equal to their level of experience and ability. This program is designed to allows more people to commit and makes it a little more affordable!
