What got you here?

I started lifting weights to spend time with my husband ( Andrew) when he opened PTC South Melbourne.

Why did you stay?

As the wife of the owner, I am part of the furniture 😛 On a serious note, I love the community that we have built. Every member has contributed both the success of my training and of the gym

Why do you lift?

I hate cardio and getting stronger is much more fun than losing weight

Complete novice who never done any strength training. First picked up a barbell in August 2014
